Acceptable Use

1. Scope and Applicability

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all individuals, businesses, contractors, and other entities (collectively, "Users") who access or use our pay stub generation platform, website, and related services (the "Service"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service in any manner, you agree to comply fully with this Policy.

This Policy supplements and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the more restrictive provision shall control. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

Self-employed individuals and independent contractors documenting their income for personal financial management or as supplementary income records.
Educational or training purposes, clearly labeled as sample or demonstration documents and not submitted to any third party as genuine income verification.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Service. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — we reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether any use violates the spirit or letter of this Policy.

Fraud and Misrepresentation

You may not use our platform to generate, distribute, or submit pay stubs that contain false, misleading, or fabricated information. Creating documents intended to deceive lenders, government agencies, employers, or any third party is strictly prohibited and may constitute criminal fraud under applicable law.

Illegal Use

You may not use this service for any purpose that violates federal, state, or local laws, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, benefits fraud, immigration fraud, or any other illegal scheme. All documents generated must accurately reflect actual employment or income relationships.

Harassment and Abuse

You may not use our service to harass, intimidate, or harm any individual or organization. This includes generating documents in another person's name without their knowledge or consent, impersonating employers or employees, or using the service to facilitate workplace discrimination or abuse.

Data Misuse

You may not collect, harvest, or misuse personal information entered into our platform. Inputting another person's identifying information — including Social Security Numbers, banking details, or employer records — without lawful authorization is expressly prohibited.

System Abuse

You may not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity or performance of our systems. This includes unauthorized access attempts, denial-of-service attacks, injection of malicious code, automated scraping without written consent, or reverse-engineering any proprietary technology.

Intellectual Property Violations

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, or sell any portion of our platform's templates, software, code, or content without express written permission. All intellectual property on this platform remains the exclusive property of the company and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

4. Restrictions on Content and Activities

All content you input into the Service — including names, employer information, income figures, deduction amounts, and identifying numbers — must be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You expressly warrant that:

All information provided is true, complete, and not misleading in any material respect.
You have the legal right to input any personal information of third parties, including employees or employers.
You will not use the Service to generate documents intended for submission to any financial institution, government body, court, or other official entity that contain fabricated or materially inaccurate information.
You will not share access credentials with unauthorized third parties or permit others to use your account in violation of this Policy.
You will not use the Service to create documents on behalf of another person without their express, informed consent.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to monitor use of the Service to ensure compliance with this Policy and applicable law. We may investigate suspected violations and may take any action we deem appropriate, including without limitation:

Issuing warnings or notices to Users.
Temporarily or permanently suspending or terminating access to the Service.
Removing or disabling access to documents, data, or content that violates this Policy.
Reporting violations to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or other relevant third parties where we believe a crime has been or may be committed.
Pursuing civil legal remedies against Users who cause harm through prohibited activities.

We do not warrant that we will detect all misuse, and our failure to act with respect to a particular violation does not waive our right to act with respect to similar violations in the future.

6. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service without liability. Changes to this Policy will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any modification constitutes your acceptance of such modification.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of this Policy, including but not limited to:

Any form of fraudulent activity or submission of false information.
Conduct that we reasonably believe exposes the company or any third party to legal liability.
Repeated violations of this Policy after warning.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of this Policy that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including without limitation representations and warranties, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. Pay stubs and other documents generated through the Service are tools for personal recordkeeping and should not be presented as official payroll records unless they accurately reflect actual employment relationships and are used in compliance with all applicable laws.

We make no representation or warranty that documents generated through the Service will be accepted by any lender, employer, government agency, or other third party. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any document generated through the Service is accurate, truthful, and used in accordance with applicable law.

We expressly disclaim all liability arising from misuse of the Service, including misuse by third parties who gain access through accounts you control. Nothing in this Policy constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

Acceptable Use Policy
